★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor is very good; no second thoughts about it. But they have worst receptionist ever!
Even though the doctor is available between 1pm & 5pm or 6pm, the receptionist says between 1 and 2pm. Also she is very rude! The average time per patient is 10 minutes. When you ask her how long it takes for your turn, she says it cannot be told and you've to wait. Please go here only if you have all the time in the world. Management, ask the receptionist to be kind or change her. 2 stars only because of the lady!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience,,,worst behavior of receptionist,,staff,,,,,watchman,,,nurses,,,,would like to spit on them as they behave vth visitors and family members,,,,staff n other members of hospital have no manners how to deal vth visitors,,,deadly staff members in the hospital,,,no curtecy towards patients too,they dont even alow food for patients,,,they don't take care of new born and mother too,,,,will never suggest,,,anyone,,,very very very 100,,times disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hostile receptionist, does not even let patients wait inside the premises. Asked patients to sit on stairs outside (unhygenic) and did not allow to sit inside on chairs.
No mechanism of taking an appointment for a specific time, security guard running the show here by directing patients to not even let patients enter while they wait for doctor to show up. Bad management, ridiculous behavior

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst experience . There is No proper response towards patients and visitors, no proper care . staff members dont hve sense of talking ,really dissappointed wid their behavior . They don't even provide proper care and other mandatory stuffs .It seems like a scam .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The "receptionist"is extremely rude,filled with bitterness.My grandmother is 81 year old with spinal problem,so I asked her if she could inform us 5 token before so she doesn't have to sit for long,but she said thats it's not her job and don't care care about the age of the patient !!!she was literally shouting on top of her voice.never came across such evil , extremely rude and bitter person!!!
I have come across so many review where patients have only written complaints about this particular lady!!!
I urge Dr Murali lingam to take his patients complaint seriously and remove this venomous lady.
