★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wondered to see a few nagative reviews and decided to share my own experience. This is the best place for prenatal ultra sound scanning. They get us such a detailed report, and clear images that even a commen porson can understand. I felt satisfied for paying higher comparatively other centers. As this is the one among a few centre using advanced technology, so obviously one can expect high quality, high demand and crowd.
During my anomly scan i had to spend entire day because my twins were not changing the position. Everything was seen except the heart. On the same day i had to visit scanning room 6 times. I lost my patience but not Dr.Rachitha. She dint want to give an incomplete report, she insisted to visit again tommorrow. None can help if fetus in the womb is not co-operating. For this reason if you feel they make you wait deliberately, then you really need to educate yourself.
Entire staff behavior is professional. After every visit to the wash room they clean it. Just imagine how many times they have to clean during the crowdy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Srinivasa Ultrasound scanning is one of the best scanning centers in South Bangalore. Only problem is we need to take 1/2 months prior appointment. But there is a alternate available, every day they issue 20 appointments very early in the morning. Nice doctors and supporting staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this scanning center if you want authentic and highly accurate scanning results which avoid second opinion. There were many challenges though like huge waiting, only patients were allowed, difficult for language barrier etc.. but the final result made us happy, they took scan for multiple times as the baby was not in suitable position. They have taken ample time to ensure get the proper results. Other scanning centers might ask us to come again next day. These people have done amazing job for my wife's tiffa scan and cleared all confusions about the baby. I really appreciate their work, dedication, and for less price..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in the center. They give appointment at 1 pm and if it's 4 pm also, they won't call you or they don't know when the consultation will be done. Just waiting... And waste of time. If there was negative rating, woul have given that only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every scanning center definitely has waiting time and people must understand pregnancy scans needs time as Dr. Must go through every parameters to ensure things are fine. People who understand this basic thing must only visit this center. Instead of cribbing over the waiting time and giving poor ratings. This will mislead many others who are really in need of suggestion from Dr. Ramamurthy who gives perfect analysis and is expertise in this field. I just visit this center yesterday and had very good experience from the doctor as well the staffs. Sometimes they need to consider the emergency cases and let the patient in. That's when the token and appointment slots vary. Staffs were very co-operative. I would highly recommend this center and the wait is worth the results you get here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This scan center is known for detailed scanning. Center clearly operates on pre booking and token system. You need to prebook an appointment at least 45 days prior. If not center provides 15 tokens "first come first serve basis ". People will come from far distances to pick th token. If you are looking an appointment by priority ,make sure you go to the center before 4:00 AM. Tokens will be issued only by 8:00 AM. Prepare your mind and stand for queue.
Center can be more organized in issuing tokens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a facility for pregnant women who are prone to back pain and the chairs here are like railway platforms.. that tells you how much they consider their patients.
Takes lot of time due the long queues. Appointments will be given for at least 15 days later.
Attitude of Doctors is just horrible. They wont tell you anything you ask. Attitude is let me do my scan first I dont care if it's a big moment for you to see the scan of your baby.
You will be surprised to see the nurses/attendants and wouldn't believe they are so.
Come to this place only if you are forced by your gynecologist.
Old school, bad attitude, low comfort, bad personal attention

First of all if someone is planning to visit this centre be prepared to spend one whole day. It's really a whole day process for a single scanning. I had a mind set that we've to be patient for the quality work.
I didn't take an appointment, because while my earlier conversation with the team they didnt mention about that, I didn't even ask also because I thought it's a private centre hence it might not require. A day prior on my planned visit I've gone the reviews and knew that there's a token system and it have to be collected early morning 8 am as they've only limited slot. To take the same day appointment I have went the centre 7 am in the morning to take the Token. It's like an old school method, they should have to come up with an online token system even if it's only limited slots, it's ease to know the visitor about the availability, otherwise who else can able to come early morning to take a Token then go back to your location and take the patient for the consultation. I've got first token and they asked me to come 9:30, the Dr or the radiologist came 11 in the morning. Consultation plus scanning would take 2 more hours, result came 3'o clock.
Come on, what the heck?
Are you giving the service at free of cost? The charges are cut above than the other diagnostic centres, but we are not bother for charges we've to pay for the quality but you should have value others timing also. In the service industry be it a Dr or a fruit seller you should have treat your customer well.
I might have to rethink to come back this centre again as if all other centres closed.
However I'm giving the rating 3 because their quality of work is Good. Simultaneously I didn't experience other centres also.
