★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't knew even the ABCD of nutrition 2 years ago. Then i found INFS & saw the prices. They were the most reasonable i have ever seen that anybody can afford. I was hesitating alot to enrol courses of INFS or not because it was all new for me. Then finally i enrolled for foundation course first & damn it was so well explained in a very simple manner that i started loving it. But yes being a beginner i had to go through it 3-4 times. There are also some video clips by INFS experienced faculties in the course that will help u a lot. Now i am able to make diet charts for my family, friends & for even myself. Bdw i did both the courses back to back(Foundation + expert)
Pros
1) reasonable
2) simplified language.
3) covering the base of nutrition
4) lifetime course
Cons
1) few more topics can be added though rest its just perfect.
