Evaluating her long experience in her path, ISW has realized: - Social and economic inequality of women, their right to life, awareness and practical application through legal aid and protection must find ways to address those problems. In this regard, ISW has taken various effective programs available to make them self-reliant in general education and technical education. ISW's educational work centers have sprung up in many places in remote districts, slums, rural areas of West Bengal. Despite overcoming the barriers of social and economic devaluation, according to the latest annual data for 2016, ISW has already established a record of success by establishing about 32,000 children and 44,000 women in its own field.
