β β β β β It was a horrible experience! I had ordered a gift hamper and an add-on and the add-on was missed to be delivered. To add to the already wonderful experience there was no empathy or a single apology from the customer support. Thanks for screwing up my gifting experience!

β β β β β Pathetic experience, ordered on 6th for a delivery on 14th , didnβt deliver. When asked , got a horrible response . Have some empathy if you are in the business of delivering flowers ..or else shut shop and set up a roadside kiosk . Absolutely useless incompetent service . Would never recommend anyone to rely on this service provider specially if you go by the pics theyβve put up on their site ..service is completely opposite . When asked for a manager no response as usual . Anyways Iβve said enough for u to make a decision

Lots of beautiful options available on the website and prices are on the higher side so was expecting more than the usual fnp experience. Very very disappointed. One usually wants to put their best food forward when sending flowers to someone else.
Sent flowers to a friend in Hyderabad. Delivery guy asked for google location but he still needed multiple calls with me to deliver. Late delivery too. Said he brought flowers from several kms away. Flowers too looked like they had taken a beating in transit.
They have a location 'checker' too, so we can identify if the product can be delivered to a certain part of town. Too bad this doesn't work. Paid way too much for this unpleasant B'day flower delivery experience.
