★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a combo of flowers and chocolates for valentine. The order process was smooth and delivered on the day mentioned on the website. Although the time slot mentioned while booking included an entire day (06.00-21.00). The product received was of quality. The product was exactly the same as shown in the pictures. This was my first order with FnP and was not sure they will deliver to my expectations after reading the reviews on different platforms. But the experience was good enough. I think it depends on the area you order in. I ordered it in Pune and it was smooth. The only thing I found unreliable is the tracking process..! They only showed whether it is out for delivery or not and the update was received way too late. Rest is okay.
