Very efficient process. Came here to get innoculated against yellow fever. They accept people from all nationalities. Do remember that you have to book in advance. The process is quite streamlined and the people attending to you are knowledgeable and helpful. Take a pen with you as you would have to fill out some forms. Also, parking can be a bit difficult as it is next to a school.

Had to get some edits done in the birth certificate. The process was quick, all was complete within an hour. Pretty fast for a government department. Recent visit- The time taken for application of edits might even be in the 10 day range. In case of urgent need, please take it into account.

It was indeed quite a pleasant experience, never felt it in any of the government institutions in India. The staff, though little rough verbally, were highly systematic and disciplined. A lot of thought process has gone into making the system agile and effective. In a matter of an hour and half, about 60 persons are attended to and certificates handed over in person at the end. People who administer inoculation are such experts, one does not even feel of having it. Clear instructions too are given on DOs and Donts for the next two days. My deepest appreciation for all of them for such an excellent result driven team work.

Recently I visited this place for Yellow fever vaccination. Everything was well organised and as per the timings mentioned. However to my surprise they are using old yellow fever booklet with 10 year exipy, where as , As per WHO after 2016 , it is valid for life long. They should have a stamp , or make amended entry saying validity life time.

We researched many different hospitals in Delhi before deciding to "risk it" by coming to the IIC without knowing what to expect. Unfortunately, we were unable to book online through the government website (possibly because we are non-Indian) but the staff here took us in and administered our vaccinations with no issue regardless of the booking. The facilities were clean, the process was smooth and they provide all necessary yellow fever vaccination proof (certificate, signature and WHO stamp). Admittedly, we were nervous about the whole experience before arriving but we left feeling very relieved and, of course, hygienically vaccinated! A 5/5 impression experience of Indian's healthcare system.

Neat and clean centre. Systematic and disciplined. Outside waiting area is open. However the inside waiting is air conditioned with good sofas for sitting. Very professional and following all protocol of safe vaccinations. You have to Reg online. Take original passport. Have food before going. Rest certificate of inoculation is given at the centre after vaccination. Friendly staff. Very good experience.

Good place but could be better. Went for yellow fever vaccination and the process was pretty smooth. You can book the slot online which is great. Only thing is that it tells you to report between 0100-0130 PM but it’s not required because the slots are already given so you can directly report by 0130 PM. Also they take people in two batches of 25 so if your slot number is after 60 (top right corner of your slip) then you can report at 0230 PM so as to not waste time. There is seating outside at the back of the facility and they only take you inside at the time I mentioned. Thanks to Delhi Govt the facility is clean and people working there are nice. The only thing is they should give the times according to the slot given so people don’t waste time.

Staff is friendly. Social Distancing is maintained. Vaccination formalities are started after 1:30pm. Carry your passport and a pen. People go in 2 batches. 1 st batch goes for vaccination while the second batch waits in waiting area at the back of premises according to their token number. If you're visiting countries like Kenya, Ethiopia, you might also be given Polio drops along with a certificate. After vaccine you are requested to wait atleast 15 min to observe any side effects. Whole process completes within an hour.
