Truly very satisfied. My journey from Dehradun with International Tourist Center was too good. Although, it was a long journey I enjoyed it. Nice amenities and a luxurious bus! I couldn't wish for a better bus. I chose the single berth which was cozy....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday night i took a bus from anand vihar at 1030pm still i am bus its 6:52( 19th nov) wrost bus service ever, dont book your tickets trough this travel company i swear their driver are driving bus after drinking they dont know the routes in every cut he is asking other people to guide him , no value of others time, its been almost 24 hours but I haven’t reach nanital yet however I supposed to reach nanital in 6 hours , seats of this bus are very bad no recylner no water in the bus nothing pls do dont dont book your tickets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Please dont ever take this bus service. The driver and staff were completely drunk. They left us roadside on the highway in the night. we had to board roadways bus to home after being stranded for 2 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would like to say all the reviews here which are positive and 5 star are all fake must be paid because I have travelled 2 times in their bus and both of the time I have faced the issue with their staffs and overall journey experience. They just save their fuel by turning off the AC almost 90% of the journey ride time. They tell you straight lies when you enquire about the departure time they will make your ticket by saying our bus will be going to depart in another half an hour when you pay for the ticket then end of the discussion. They they will start harrassing you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and cultureless behaviour from the ITC bus staffs, yesterday i travelled in ITC bus and we all passengers heard so many 'F' words and faul language from this Bus staff named DS( he told that he is the manager), did we passengers spent all this money for to see the attitude and show-off the bus staffs???? Charger port is also not working we asked to the staffs and they told that they are also chaging there mobile from outside or with power bank.... Then what the passenger will expect from the bus??? I experienced a Very disappointed journey and strongly not recommended to anybody to take this Bus service....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever... backside chairs are all broken ... No responsibility of any staff ... Our journey from Delhi to Rudrapur should have taken 5-6 hours ideally but it took more than 20 hrs. Also there was Ganga Snan festival but passengers really lost there nerves when the driver was firstly changed the route many times and took a round trip of Moradabad and it's one tyre got punctured and finally when we crossed Rampur and were about to enter the toll plaza the driver simply stood behind that point and said "Fast Track ka recharge khatam ho gya hai use recharge krwa k chalenge". I am sure that that was not it because the passengers had to go to haldwani so much more would have happened too. I m not taking the road trip any time soon???
