It's take approximately 18 hours to reach Muzaffarpur, without late, Good air conditioning. Go and enjoy. It's really good use other travellers. Happy to go and use????????????????????????????????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally all booking Operators of that area use to book common bus. They don't have their buses which creates chos. First of all fare are comerativly high. No waiting area in case of rain And thunder. You have to wait out side of booking office. As buses parking are approx a km away. They usually book e rickshaws for dropping to parking. Here again mesh strat to search bus. They never write bus no on ticket. Contact nos generally switch off.
Keep in mind.
before leaving booking office write bus no.
Water bottle to be purchased in advance as local brands are available in parking
Overall these operators need to rethink about customer satisfaction and service excellence.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and treated like animals. They are cheating with pessanser. After taking money they are abusing with pessanser. Bus is over loaded and crowded, feel like pessanser train. Also his halt very bad and too much expensive and no quality. There are many agent around EDM and they always ready to cheat you.
