★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, my money got wasted, bad conditions bus, no cleanness, Seats were so dirty, blanket also not provided by management. I request everyone Not to Travel with Panwar Travel service, instead Travel with Maha Laxmi Travel , on same route, there service is wonderful. Good bus with blanket too. 100% clean.
BUS NO. RJ--6300, Worst service, it seems bus was kept in car shed since many days. Before journey hours.

I have booked ticket Delhi to Patna ..
Bus start timing were 10 pm but it got started at ,11.30 pm..
They get extra pessenger in AC bus like a local train...there is single space to walk in bus..
Being in this pandemic time they didn't follow any safety measure they just looted people with there ..
After that bus delayed by 6 Hr..
And they stop bus 100 km before Patna and said bus will not able to go Patna due to break fail or making excuses we don't go Patna..
As they fooled people to drop Patna..
In the middle of the night they stuck in stranger place..
Around 12am in the night we managed to get another bus going to Patna we boarded in it..
It's very pathetic and horrifying experience I ever faced ...pls don't travel with these bunch of crooks traveller...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are fraud people, they charge people 2000 Rs per seat and in 2 people seat they put 4 people and they don't reach on team, people are abusive and they don't inform anyone about the stop and they fight and ask passenger to take drop anywhere in the night. worst traveler, worst mistake done by me. please don't travel from this bus. NO clearness, they smoke in bus. they dont pickup your phone once you ask for help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is open loot, I paid 3 thousand in online booking and the bus was filled I did not have a seat. Never ever travel with this bus service. No one from customer support or the bus administration did anything. NEVER BOOK YOUR TICKETS WITH THIS OPERATOR, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT EVEN PROVIDE YOU SEATS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class Sleeper Bus I have ever seen.. Driver and conductor behaviour is very bad and passanger also they are letting sit in the balcony and if saying anything to the conductor about seat he used to say I will throw you outside of bus if you south.......So public I request u to avoid this third class bus for traveling. I guarantee you if you travel once you will regret
