It is situated near the U.C.C ground.

Dont avail Service from this internet provider. They are cheaters.

Worst service getting from them after given them paid. Don't go for it. No one can help at emergency time.

Constantly internet gets disconnected. Price is OK for the Internet speed but the quality is very poor.

The service is good but the behaviour of the owner is worst. If anyone wants to avail the service please make sure that communication with the owner is avoid by you.

Very bad person with her behaviour,and staff. Also partner guddu cable network near( Uttarpara sakher bazer) Very bad behaviour, even cable sevice. Not only deta, but also cable are very bad. Unique broadband services: very low speed and high bugget, they are demand illegal money.pls never join unique broadband or guddu cable.

I had contacted Unique broadband service's Mr. Deepak Sharma while I was in Bangalore, coming back to Kolkata as I required an internet connection urgently. I was promised a 100 Mbps (download; approx. 10 MBps download speed) for a plan of Rs. 1000/month. The same was installed following all precautionary measures for COVID-19. I was promised a dual-band TP-Link wireless router along with the connection for a price of Rs. 1800. I have never encountered speeds more than 20 Mbps (download; approx. 2.5 MBps download speed) while using the connection. I was also promised a broadband ISP connection of Siti Broadband, but was given a connection of Meghbela Broadband, and I got to know about it only after prying it out of them. I was also denied a bill for the router that I had purchased as apparently it was arranged by them during a lockdown and they cannot get a proper GST bill for the same. (Again, a big RED FLAG for the kind of malpractice this business is observing!) I was denied my right to know about the router admin password, ISP plan admin user ID and password, and I had to pry it out of them. Mr. Deepak and his team has been very condescending in response to my queries and I have been insulted multiple number of times for asking questions and raising concerns regarding the connection. Being a Computer Science engineer, I'm familiar with the workings of a network connection and have repeatedly raised concerns about slow speed and all I've ever gotten out of them was "This is a result of lockdown". I'm not sure as to how a dedicated internet line's speed, which doesn't require manual intervention can be affected due to a lockdown. Unique Broadband people dupe their customers and follow malpractices in their business. If I'd been here on a permanent basis, I'd happily take them to court and penalise them for their false promises and bad business practices. I request the existing customers to please opt in for other connections, and also request any new customer requiring a connection to refrain from using Unique Broadband's or any firm related to Mr. Deepak Sharma's services.
