★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost customer service. Purchased 30 MBPS plan but getting only 1-4 MBPS speed only. coplained many times but no one is bothered to check this issue. Very bad experiance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst operators. Do not even waste your time to call or take the services. We have been using his services for the past one year. Due to unavailability of other good service provider we were stuck with this agency. We are changing our connection due to poor quality of service, merely working WiFi, poor installation, extremely rude behavior, and non responsive approach. Best of luck

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that my internet connection is disturbed from last Two weeks.
I am facing trouble with the connection you have installed and as I am a student i need to attend online classes time to time and i also do work from home hence i need proper and stable internet connection
I understand that due to pandemic situation in the country the process is being delayed but one month is out of the line for a installation process of maximum one day ,I request for fiber optic cable connection from the day i installed this connection but the process is so delayed that anyone would get frustrated
I am trying to reach with your workers in order to find solution to this problem but every time i call they make false promises, they says that we will solve the problem till the end of the day but no resolution is made yet
I have already made a complaint but no one took any action upon it. I request you again to send someone from your office to check my connection. I hope that you will find my matter concerning and work on it as soon as possible. My Internet would cease working for several hours at a time, and then restart spontaneously.
It is with great sorrow that I write to you today regarding my high-speed Internet service. While your service has never had problems before, recently I have experienced severe interruptions to my Internet as well as slow speeds. I believe that because I have not received the service I am paying for.

I wrote a mail no revert has been taken and now i raised a deactivation request still they are ignoring me i want my refund back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service provider. Am changing the Service. The way of speaking is aggressive.
Mangesh and Service provider only says disconnect the connection and their services says upgrade to device. No proper information transfer to customer. Every other day the connection gets disconnected. Can't even rate as 1 but should be in minus rating. They do not have solutions to any kinda issues.

I was getting less than 2MB speed and mobile internet was faster than their service.
As per their policy they didn't refund my booking amount.
Overall this is worst service provider.
