★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I opted for 6 month.due to lock down I started working from home and then o realised that ,it's worse to use even for WhatsApp or social sites ...I am raising tickets from last 2 moths every day but no response .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service in pimple saudagar. Irritating to their serivice, I have asked them multiple time to discontinue the serice still they are giving some offer and forcing to continue. Even if i am not uisng the internet service they are sending the bills and legal notices to to pay the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really regret to inform you that, all though it was communicated through customer care telephone number and the My tikona app the issue gets resolved temporarily. So most of the time we are spending chasing people to get the services up and running (which were promised during the sales), it is a pity that being a customer I literally have to beg for a better service for which I have already paid. You should really think about this in a long run from your company's future perspective in a competitive market like India. By the way, I am writing this comment using my mobile data.

Waste of money...not trusted..
I got 6 month plan but not getting good network even a single day...
They will Not refund your money..
Not even solve your problem....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having used Tikona for a long time, I must say last few days they've forced me to move to another internet provider My internet is not working for 5 days, I am working from home, kids have online classes and Tikona for 5 days have been nothing but non responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If the internet is down then it will be down for 1-5days. The customer care is worst and useless. No use of raising service requests and complaints, they will take their own time. No doubt about the internet speed. Very good.

My last incident with tikona
i reported my issue on monday evening
a technician visited my premises on wednesday
HE LITERALLY SAID THEIR ROUTER ON WAS HANGING SO HE FIXED IT WITH A WIRE
Nothing changed till friday
on friday afternoon they they figured out the issue was from tower end.
again took 4 days to fix the issue
8 days to fix one issue i mean that is disgusting customer service
