No support from technical support.
Owner have no clue what is going on.
As per technical engineer owner given full access to engineers.
Speed is very bad better to use mobile hotspot don't go for this internet service.
I just go for another service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Worst service. Unprofessional staff. They not receive your call. Very Inconsistent network.Technician make you fool easily they not resolve your complaint 2 3 days. Every day network issue are there. After 10pm he off internet connection every day..Pack is very costly than other providers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As mentioned most of people its service is very very very worst. Most of time when to their customer service center no one is answering and after evening there is no support. Rates of plan is toooooooooooooo high as compare to others its almost double. And internet connection is not so stable its fluctuating every day every time. Their support team is not professional.
Suggestion : Improve support service and provide stable internet. and also improve rates as its high as compare to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very bad while providing service. Most of the time internet won't work and second issue their recharge software. Its not properly work. Most of the time after successful recharge its showed failed message and then they will simply say that we didn't received any payment and while you check with bank account, it got deducted.
They are cheaters. Please be sure to take their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. The Internet is down since yesterday and I almost called them 5 times since then. They just attend the call saying the issue will resolve in an hour. After 24 hours the net is still down and we are facing issues as we work from home and totally reliable on the internet.
I will request the hire management if they have any to look into the issue and increase their office hours at least till 8pm. It's really hard to get in touch with them to resolve such issues after 6pm as they close early.

Poor service resolution. Customer ignorance. My bsnl mobile internet sometimes is faster than broadband. 40mbps promise is a hoax.
