first thing company is not having free toll free number as of other moblie companies it is nasty part on intex mobiles company.
second thing service is very bad they take too long time for resolving it.
third thing mobiles are having so many bugs than any other mobile company phones.
last thing i am not an employee of other company to downgrade the company but i am a user of waste intex mobiles.
please ever... ever... don't buy these waste phones and don't get into messy issues.

And just added up to the bill. Waste of time as well as money

I buy phone in online e it's give trouble in just 2 months
Then I search for service center it show this service centre have warranty service for my phone, 2 times I give them my phone for over heating problem they just factory reset and said it's ok, then but in just 2 weeks my phone was not switch on, again I take my phone to this service centre, without check they said battery is dead u buy new battery then it will work, then I buy new battery but my phone is not switch on then I know that phone is completely dead,if they repaired in beginning my phone will not dead, and if they check my phone I'll not waste my money for battery.
