★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 gold loans in this bank. If I have to tell in one word "Please avoid such banks"
* Bad management and not evn 1 friendly staff
* Plans will be attractive but if failed to pay on time need to pay lot of interest.
* no maintenance at all in this bank. Very bad smell all around.

All their plans have hidden T and C which will ruin the customers with penalties and renewal charges and interest jumps.
Company is just focusing more on their gold loan plans which will have( high interest jump. + Renewal charge) by which they suck full money from poor people.
Even during lockdown, they used to force to pay high interest charges (panal change for not paying during lockdown).
They don't understand the customers they understand only money ?
