No one gives proper response on coustomer..they only tell wait for 5 min and that 5 min never completes rest of your life..

what the hell you people doing. One of the girl staff shouting about my queries. After that i visited vijay bank layout hdfc bank - As per me that is the best hdfc branch for providing smoothly services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The behaviour of those employees are worse nd they thought themselves as CEO of HDFC bank. Even after asking several times one lady started telling we do have a lot of work nd right now cant do yours. If we do speak in kannada it doesn't mean we are illiterate nd if she spoke in english she cant be the CEO. Customer handling matters nd positive attitude is must towards customers. Until nd unless I stared speaking harshly in english she didnt even care about my problem nd later she was replying with such a bad attitude. Just cant handle such bad behaviour towards customers. Even a single customer who keeps a single penny with ur bank matters to u. First learn how to give respect nd how to be polite with ur customers. With youngsters like us such behaviour nd we should think how worse it would be with old ppl who literally scares to go branch.

The credit card guy is sleep deprived. Robots answer better than him.
@HDFC Owner I have gone to EGL branch... The service there was impeccable. Writing mail to talktous@hdfc won't help. Simply ask your friends or family to visit with simple problems. I am sure you will get an earful. Please request your staff to understand the importance of humility.
