I forgot my phone's password so i went to that store, they didn't even bother to ask if my phone is under warranty or not. They just reset my phone and charged 1k for that. In return i asked them for the reciept. They did not give! Instead they promised me to mail the reciept on my mail id which they noted. But still i haven't received any mail from them. All this took place on Wednesday 27th April 2022.

They ignored me twice when i asked a doubt. Right from the start when we entered the store, they ignored us like anything, we ourselves kept checking the phones and literally for 5-7 minutes nobody came to us to help. Is this
How you behave with a customer? Moreover they don’t seem to have basic decency and were making us feel uncomfortable by staring us from top to bottom as if we were some aliens. Highly unprofessional people, they don’t deserve a job there. I would say NEVER visit this iNvent store at grand venice, they will spoil your day.
