β β β β β I entered this shop for the first time. I had already shopped from the same brand someplace else but I came back home and found that I need to exchange a product. And so, I went to their store to get it exchanged. But first I asked them their existing policy. And they said that any merchandise taken can be exchanged from anywhere acroos india. And then when I told them to exchange my already bought merchandise, they changed their words. So basically, till they thought I was gonna buy from their store, everything was good and perfect, you could exchange anything anywhere. But as soon as they came to know that I ain't gonna buy from them, every one of their policies changed suddenly. So yeah from next time onwards I know that I definitely ain't gonna Shop from their store.
