The staff at the billing counter have no etiquettes.. also they are not at all trained of their work.. very slow and do billing based on how much amount of purchase you have made.. ignoring the fact of first stand first serve... On asking for the service the worker rudely deals with customers... No work ethics...no experience of work... No manners...

Max from their mall said that we have free ride however the ticket person refused and when asked to talk to max over phone he refused and behaved very badly. Bad staff, bad behaviour who contradict amongst themselves and not even ready to talk to each other. will never visit this badly managed staff mall again and I recommend others to visit any other mall but not this.

[1] Extremely bed store full of dust.
[2] Old collection.
[3] Untrained uninformed (could be uneducated) staff. Running and shouting like fish market.
[4] Extremely bed billing service. Only one person knows how to operate billing system and he was busy and rudely denied to come to counter even several calls (even by their staff). I waited for 20 minutes and finally has to leave.
[5] Strongly recommend not to visit this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went their for shopping and unfortunately missed out my car's key somewhere. Informed the security and store staff about the incident and staff insured that if they find the key will inform you. After two days this generous Head Cashier vivek helped me getting my key. He actually stole the entire tension and helped me finding my keys and handover to me personally. Thanks to max store greater noida, grand Venice. I personally recommend store for all to shop. Great and helpful staff.i become permanent buyer to Max. Thanks for your love and quality of clothing.
