Contract basis company...Contractors and HR are not told good language & Illiterate people from the same village; where company is Located...Never give salary on time..never give full salary.. always hold salary upto next month..so that employee (LABOR) do not left company... This company is not Core Company... Anyone can do job here... During my job I've seen many people who are 8th standard pass...10th standard pass... some Fool villagers from nearby company were working there... Company don't need Engineer/Diploma Holder...They only need Manpower which can be source from any person.....You Will get Easily job there...Just go with your Resume Anytime...They have Always Vacancy's...They don't even Ask your name during interview... Directly they told you that you can join from Today/Tomorrow... Very poor Atmosphere there while working... Team Leaders talk with you using Bad words...They can insult you if you did any mistake... Very Worst Food Quality and Quantity...U can have all food items at one Time only and its Paid facility not Free ...if you need more food and asked for it, they will insult you... This is Production based company..if company dont have production they will give you Holidays.. You Will not get Payment for those day's.. During my job they give me 1 month Holiday...1 month Holiday with no salary... Huge politics in Increament process ...Huge politics in internal management , no value for employees Efforts kaizans, innovations,
So Finally I Decided to left the job..I request you Plz don't even think to Visit that Company. Honest Request ?

If you are going for an interview in this company, you lose the whole day as per my experience. Here stupid HR people sitting their (Swapnil), due to mismanagement you will lost whole day.
Company had called me for an interview, and after I reached the office I had informed HR. I came to your office, He said I will arrange an interview. you should wait in reception. you can not believe I was waiting for 2.5 hours, again I asked to him what happened of interview. he said you need wait for 5 hours again, director meeting has rescheduled.
he needed to inform me when I reached the office, After 2.5 hours he said you need to wait for 5 hours.
Due to mismanagement this company's replacement ratio is higher. This company is not good for work.
