★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling it a Mall is the height of misnomer. A clothing store, a restaurant and a movie theatre, perhaps legally falls under Mall label!
The only good experience I had was, I had to call a manager to get some customer service. He did help and he gets five star for that. His name is M.kumar.
Store has some good quality high priced clothing items. If you are new to the area don't be in a rush to ring up your purchases. Wait till you are 'really' finished picking up all items to get a discount.

Large place to accomodate 100+ people.
Shopping can be also done in Pantaloons present in inside the mall.
Nice and decent price cloths
The standing area outside cinema hall is small otherwise everything is fine.
Bikano is also there.

Talking about movie theaters, everything is fine here too, just improve the sound quality of the theater.
The sound of the theater is torn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the Mall in bhelupur is limited to few brands and cinema. The maintenance is badly required. the adjacent durgakund road is much more happening one and with all big brands. still the mall is the only one in the area nearest malls being in sigra

You can also watch movies and do shopping there with a lot of fun together.
Also a good place for friends to hang out there. Good maintenance of the place and good services of all the things mentioned above.
But having a small place for enjoying you meal which makes it only a four star ratings for me. Go hangout there and chill.
