★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not here to say anything about the Hospital sincerely because me or my relatives didn't get admitted there. But this is my experience when I went to buy medicines from there. This Guard had a very rude attitude towards every patient who was not wearing a mask. Whereas as seen he was himself not wearing one. When asked he simply gave me a lecture about Covid Vaccines and their usage. I sincerely hope he gets the help he needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously now am understanding the difference between private hospitals and government hospital. So many patients are standing front of the hospital gate for checkup but the doctor not come the hospital yet. Am also satnding for my father dialysis but the doctor not comes yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the gorgeous buildings of Kolkata, the administration of the hospital was quite good. They have announcements over a speaker tellings patients about COVID-19 guidelines and who is next in line for investigations and who the doctor can see now. The canteen was quite good as well, especially tea. The park in the middle of the hospital is a welcome thing, I actually sat down there.
All in all, cheers to the medical staff. Stay Safe, Stay Healthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behavior of doctor are so good but i am not accomplish with the behavior of other staff.
Some building conditions are not good. Especially whenever you stood in front of orthopedic Centre you may got chance to admit in emergency. Govt should take some immediate action on it. Otherwise except this service of the hospital is praiseworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this hospital for the Covid vaccination. Genuinely, one of the cleanest, busiest and well authorised hospital at Kolkata. Visited for the first time during evening hours, usually it becomes uncomfortable to visit a hospital at any time though, however, it was completely relaxing and warm atmosphere in the premises. Vaccination program is going on in the auditorium, where it's very nice and cosy seating arrangement. The doctors and nurses are very cooperative and makes you feel free of any worries. Everything seemed to have managed so well, within 30 minutes we concluded and left from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SSKM hospital which we know as PG hospital. it is very large hospital and reputed. It is locate in Rabindra Sadan.
A few day ago I want to see a doctor in the gastroenterology department.
All though the behaviour of doctor here is good, the behavior of medical staff / security guard is not good.
It is a low cost hospital. So there is a lot of crowd here. In one day, 300 to 350 patients come to see a department. So the sooner you can come in the morning, the sooner you can see the doctor.
However, the security guards here deliberately put the people who came later first in exchange for some money.
Every department is different and very clean.
Cardiology, Blood Bank, Gastroenterology, Pathology etc.
The duration of treatment for SSKM is very late. SSKM is not right for you if you want early treatment.
Therefore, we request the SSKM authorities to expedite the medical period as soon as possible.
