★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst support ever. Very low knowledge of the products and services. The girl at the reception asked me to reboot my computer.....can you imagine ?? I am a computer engineer....i told her....i needed a mother board for my PC and instead of finding it if she had in the stock, she asked me to reboot !! how many times does it happen when the customer has already troubleshooted the problem for you ??? and still you people fail to provide proper service....shame on you guys...i stopped buying HP products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst authorised HP support Center in Pune. My laptop battery required a replacement hence visited this place. They charged Rs. 354 for nothing and told me battery quotation will be shared via mail in one week. Even after 3 weeks I didn’t receive it in spite calling them multiple times. Later they started ignoring calls. Eventually I had to replace the battery from other place. Be cautious if you are planning to visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alongside highway, small and simple but enough reception hall, cooperative staff, good sitting arrangements, and good service.
If you are going through city bus, make sure you get off on right bus stop.
For entry you need to go right side basement parking floor for elevator.
You may need to wait for sometime.
Mainly for laptops and printers.

Yesterday, I visited to hp service center
There I met some genius ppl, as per them issue occurred because of Windows 11 and its has the bugs
I am wondering that how Microsoft can release the update with bugs
And also the behaviour of the receptionist is very much unprofessional
I waste my time with foolish ppl
