Job Interview Experience at IREO Gurgaon: For the post of Electrical Manager/Engineer. I want to share my interview experience with IREO ,first day I went to their head office where I met with HR and then they sent me to a near site named as "ASCOTT" to meet "Mr. Vinod Bhati " designated as Project manager Civil .When I went there ,he was not available at site and after the advice of HR ,I waited there for 1.5 hr and finally HR informed me that I can leave as today Mr. vinod is unable to take the interview. After 2 days ,I was again called for the interview by HR and informed me to directly reach at site to meet Mr. Vinod . Thus, I went at site ,where I meet Mr. Vinod . During the interview, he asked me all personal detail ,Qualification and experience ,but didn't ask any technical question regarding electrical field and based on this he concluded that I am unfit for the job and informed the same to the HR. Basically ,Company is looking for an Electrical Engineer or Manager. I have done B.E (Electrical ) and having 13 years of experience with India's Biggest construction Giants like L&T, Voltas Ltd, ETA Eng. and one year with Service and Trade LLC. Oman. as MEP Manager. From very beginning of my career I was working as Electrical Engineer and with the course of time ,I have gained knowledge of MEP field and currently working as Project Manager MEP for a Hotel Project . My query to IERO management is: - Is it wrong if apart from electrical ,you are experienced in HVAC , FPS etc or is this mean that you are not fit for doing the job of electrical engineer?? Without asking any technical question Mr. Vinod of IREO concluded that I am not fit for the job of electrical engineer. I would like to intimate IREO managment and trying to bring in their kind notice that it is totally wrong procedure of conducting the Interview for a Services Engineer or Manager :- 1.How a civil manager can take technical interview of a Electrical Engineer?? 2.And without asking even a single technical question ,how Mr. Vinod can conclude that this MEP professional is unfit for this job of electrical Engineer??May be he is looking for selecting someone who is known to him. I request IREO management to look into this selection procedure and place inquiry against Mr. Vinod and ask him , how he can simply reject any candidate without checking his technical knowledge. Also I request IREO management that for selecting any services Engineer ,please depute some technical person. Also, I would like to ask IREO management that which one is a great asset for the company:- A person who having knowledge of electrical only or a person-- apart form electrical having a strong knowledge of other services like HVAC,Fire fighting ,Plumging ,structure etc. ??

Looted my family by their project at Panchkula. They haven't even started the project in past 8 years

Entry to project is temporary. Builder pays rent to farmers for that. Permanent entry from Ascencia is pathetic, and other 90 m road entry is far from even getting started. Plus builder just lost a big case against multiple buyers and is financially very weak. Many buyers are claiming refunds. See feedback of buyers in other Ireo properties as well.

Just shoot a mail for payment and then sleep. Let the customer run pillar and post to find out the validity of payment, need of payment. No response to mail. Customer care helpline has a prerecorded message only. Should have been a negative rating. Not even deserves a single star
