★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital front line staff well mannered & supportive. But Worst Service of Hospital Adminstrator. Yesterday I visited there for Wellness Health checkup. All samples/Tests taken between 9:00 am to 11:55 am. But Hospital not provided the test report till next day 8:00pm. Hospital administration also not responded when I will get my test report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was not pleasant whatsoever. Staff is chaotic and rude. Radiology registration staff is very rude and almost impossible to get a hold of. For the amount of fees you’re charging, your patient care should be top notch. Only reason I am not giving 1 star is because radiologists seem like the most professional doctors they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had went for health check. Even they did not had staff for ultrasound they called us. When I reached their they took me to another hospital. Their I had to wait for 3 hours. I had reached the hospital at 9 and got free at 2 pm . The test that could have been completed in 1 hour for that they waited us for 5 hours.
They had promised to deliver reports in 24 hours but reports were delivered in 72 hours.

However, the systems are a bit slow and unstructured.
The worst part is, MOST STAFF MEMBERS DONT WEAR A MASK AT ALL !!
AND THE ONES WHO DO, WEAR IT BELOW THEIR NOSES...
in these risky times, the least we expect is hospitals to take utmost care and sanitization protocols.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital experience ever. The patient got admitted for one day and they have billed us for 300 glove pairs (INR 4k) in 1 day and when highlighted all they have to say is bill is already processed.
There is no process, no accountability the hospital is running like various departments with very little to no communication with each other and worst of all no single person to take the ownership with whom you can raise your concern to.
