Not on their promise also saying to give X Package but time you have done with good interview and Expected CTC is far less saying we cant afford

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worked IRIS for more than 3 yrs. The organization is good, but it doesn't have any vision. I had worked for the RBI project. The current manager is a betrayal and slander. He had 2 deceitful. They mislead clients and internal team and they think they are "Chanakya" of IRIS. Because of this escalation happens daily and blame directly goes to developers. Before joining ask HR for which team they are recruiting and never join RBI and CIMS team. CIMS is the same as RBI you can say "Old wine in a new bottle". Managers are unskilled so they are still working on struts and they have neophobia.
