There is a guy named ajay pathak & karunesh tripathi in hero finance, who is a fraud agent, doesn't seems to follow protocols, doesn't give all the information, he took all the documentation and then for 20 days he kept the paper even after approval, he wanted us to give house papers first, before he gives us sanction letter, he tried to scam us, didn't told us about the percentage for a very long time, has very bad attitude, he doesn't belong in office, he should be fired. people like him are bad for any companies let alone private firms. worst experience of all time...
