★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am frequenting this gym for 6 months. I am truly enjoying the time I spend here. The major difference from other gyms is Ironcult believes in strength building and functional fitness, so the regular mundane bodybuilding routines are not seen here. This makes it interesting. We look forward to the workouts. Also, we are frequently introduced to new concepts. I believe we must observe that before joining a gym. Ironcult comes to our rescue as it provides a free pass for 7 days, which is long enough to decide to join a gym.
The workouts are result oriented and can be very intense sometimes. The trainers are very helpful, approachable and qualified.
Highlights
Mediation is an integral part of pursuing a fitness lifestyle. Fitness is not only building physical strength but also mental strength. Meditation is taught here for free—heartfulness meditation, which is well known and effective.
Secondly, the Friday bootcamp. We all look forward for Friday. Its stimulating. As Vishwanthar says any exercise you perform must be enjoyable for you to sustain. He has also mentioned that in his book Training in the Gap.
I personally think that IRON CULT is gem of all the gyms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym flaunts excellent instructors who are highly motivated to train their clients. Going to the gym every day is an uplifting experience due to the friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff ( coaches are certified in a wide variety of disciplines ).
Additionally, the pieces of equipment are well maintained and offer an array of old school and modern equipment .
The emphasis is on whole-body movements. The plethora of movements prescribed are fun to perform and several brain studies suggest that the brain is enriched when adapting to new movements.
More about leading a fitness lifestyle can be found in the book titled 'Training in the gap' which is authored by our coach Vishwanthar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been almost 5 years that I have been associated with Ironcult and I have never even thought of looking another gym in these years. I have not only lost weight but also my fitness level has reached to surprising levels when compared to what I was before. Every day, every movement is different and is a challenge which makes training fun n effective.
I think the best part of Iron cult is that the trainers focus on what is required for leading a healthy life. It's blend of strength, endurance and muscle building.
The gym has all the elements for overall functional fitness rather than just mere muscle building. The gym is not a good place for people who get fantasized by fancy equipments and are looking for shortcuts to success. Basically the gym gives you a RAW experience.
There are well qualified, certified and dedicated trainers in the gym who train the clients based on their body requirement.
There are different levels in the training and they are systematically designed keeping in mind all the elements which support n build overall functional fitness.
Located in the heart of the city, its the right place for people who are really looking for getting themselves fitter.
The Friday drills and Wednesday cardio are the highlights n most challenging days of the week for every client. Worth giving a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming December 2019, I will be completing 4 years at Iron Cult and I think it’s high time I write something about it. Previously I had joined several gyms and as I remember I had never continued for more than 3-4 months in any of those gym. So, what made me continue for 4 years at Iron Cult? Below are some of the reasons:
1. The workout structure itself is very unique. The focus is more on complete and coordinated development of the body rather than developing individual muscles without any functional coordination.
2. The workouts many times resembles activities related to sports and this helps have a positive impact of improving the sports you play. Personally, it has helped me in badminton and now in football.
3. Fridays are one of the best days in the week. We go to the nearby ground and the workout is related to running which is the most fundamental activity of humans. Along with this we have tug of war and rugby which helps in making friends and also helps in team building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a member of IRON CULT for 6 months. I met with an accident and wasn’t working out in the gym for a year. I had worked out in a gym where I was taught to lift weights and to gain muscle—bodybuilding style. But when I joined Ironcult these preconceived notions about typical gyms were thrown out. The coaches introduced me to functional training. The criteria is to get fit, lose fat, get stronger, gain functional muscle mass, flexibility, mobility, endurance and coordination. Coaches are committed towards growth of each individual who walks into the gym. They are also certified in multiple styles of training.
All the members here are super friendly and will make you feel comfortable and are supportive too.
I feel amazingly fresh and active after joining this gym. Earlier, I was not playing any outdoor games since childhood but after the gym introduced me to Friday drills—outdoor I have started enjoy them. For example, rugby and tug of war. I always wanted to be a fit athlete and wasn't ready to work for it, but now I feel confident as I am gradually able to push myself than before.
• Importantly, the most inspiring of all is my successful fat loss story. I weighed 87.3 kilos when I joined Ironcult and after 4 months I weigh 78 kilos. I recommend this place 10/10 for the best results if you're ready to work for it. Long live IRON CULT. ✌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a year for I am working out in Iron Cult. Since then, my self-confidence has improved and mental attitude has changed for good. I was a nervous person and had no confidence in the gym. I had no idea about what I should be doing as it was my first experience in joining a gym. I am a mother of a child and had thought that gyms were meant for teenage girls.
But my coach Vishwanthar explained about the benefits of weights training and how helpful it can be for women in general.
Environment in the gym is always friendly and not only the instructors but all the members as well are really supportive.
Best part of the gym is the importance given to form, barefoot training and instructors personal attention who are professional and friendly. Friday outdoor workouts are a plus point. Overall, Iron cult has been helping me as they emphasis on sharing their experience and knowledge to overall physical and mental fitness and growth.

Being A Food Lover & Trying Different Kinds Of Food At Different Hotels Regularly Had Brought Me To The Stage Where I Reached 136 Kgs Before I Could Join This Gym & I Often Wished Or Could Only Dream About Getting Slim & Then After Joining #IronCult Vishwantar Sir & Prasad Sir Came Into My Life & Helped Me To Achieve What I Am Today ...
In The Past I Have Been To Many Gyms & It Seems Like I Always Get Super Motivated For A Week Or A Month And Then Find Excuses Like I’m Travelling, Down With Fever , Cold Cough, Etc Etc & Stop Going To Gym.
I Have Been Gymming From Past 21 Months ( Effectively Only 520 Days ) In This Gym & With My Good Structured Diet & Exclusive Workouts I Have Just Lost 37 Kgs & Still Counting, My Motivation Has Only Grown Since The Beginning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ironcult is a place which will teach you to respect your body. Although fitness and strength are important but adequate relevance to agility and movement is also provided. The integral focus is on whole body movements rather than bodybuilding moves, which surprisingly leads to greater mobility and flexibility. I had signed up to several other gyms, but Ironcult stands out because, the trainers are certified and thus are very professional. The highlight of the gym is its outdoor activities and teaching meditation. Mental training through meditation is a unique aspect of the gym.
I am also proud to say that my coach Vishwanthar is also an author of a book—Training in the Gap.
