Please note some points and try to follow it for better future of your gym.
First of all teach your receptionist and owner to greet customers first , not to just start selling your packages. Have some sense of business. And that's y i thought why your gym is not running succesfully because of your behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently joined this gym. They tell you what to do and how to do it, but you have to ask. Trainer has Polite & friendly nature. They push you sometimes to go beyond your limits. Gym is always neat and clean. One thing that I didn't liked is it is closed in day time between 12-5pm, rest everything is well n good. You can try. (Attaching the first day pic in the gym
