★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the Head quarter office of the Indian Railways Welfare Organisation (IRWO). It is basically the administrative officer which coordinates with the numerous project offices of the IRWO.
Seeing the number of projects IRWO had executed and still there are various ongoing ones, they deserve much better space for their office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place. And employees are helpful. But more cleaning require this place. It's a congested area due to people facing vehicle parking problem. Due to skip the facing parking problem please park vehicle outside. Please also maintain proper cleaning of this area. If the place is proper clean the people will attract to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are visiting there for any work, better have a long free time because it is gonna take hours before your work gets done and yeah finding this place is damn luck from main road... A small.staircase goes in which in turn after a few metres of walk leads to the main office.
The officers I met with were quite friendly so didn't had to face any difficulties and got my work done hassle free just that I had to stand for quite some minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As you can see it is near Shankar Market...and when you reach connaught place or shankar market everything is totally good but when you starts leading your way to the IRWO..the way btwn them is horrible..full of garbage..slum area..and no hygiene..and only office was nice but the outside of it everywhere it looks like garbage,hard to breath..
