★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u have to go to dehradun, Saharanpur or yamunanagar then Exit at gate no. 7 from Kashmere gate metro station. Then from ISBT u can get ur bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here continuously around 2 times in a month but now due to corona virus i visited here and i observed all shops were closed. Sanitization process going on. All routes buses were sanitize after that they allow to sit on the bus. Cleaning was absolutely good. There is no rush due to corona but all time there is a huge crowed. At this ISBT all route bus are available all the time. But i travels delhi to sonipat. Haryana roadways are available on 25 to 40 number counters. Sonipat bus is stand on the 35 36 number counter. Beaware of pick pockets. Very large area of parking and anyone can easily find the buses if any problem query any where. One negetive thing is that they are not provide helpline .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #Delhi to Ferozpur Via Bus#
I have been at isbt during lockdown, at that time isbt Kashmiri gate was closed. No govt interstate buses were running.
That's why I had to approach private buses.
Towards front gate side one private broker was sitting with his table. He approached me and told me Rs 1200 to Ferozpur.
( Warning:- there is no such direct bus from Delhi to Ferozpur.
Plz bargain for fare, many of people took ticket in Rs700 to Rs800 upto Ludhiana.)
One person dropped me at near travel agent shop. From there, travel agent made me sit in Maruti Van and dropped me at bus location. Maruti Van driver took Rs 20 for every indl.
The bus is actually not upto Ferozpur but only upto Ludhiana. This bus dropped me at ludhiana( Jalandhar bypass).
It took almost 7:30 hrs.
Then I took auto towards Ludhiana bus stop. Auto took 100 Rs( Again plz bargain actual fare is Rs 20 to Rs 30).
Autowala dropped me at bus stop ( not exactly bus stop near by place, from here u ll get easily bus for Ferozpur)
I took Punjab state bus from Ludhiana to Ferozpur Via Moga.
Conductor gave me ticket of Rs 165.
Bus took almost 3 hours to Ferozpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really gr8 place to go to any state surrounding Delhi. Extremely clean and tidy even police officers are helpful. Enquiry boots is on 1st floor. Beware if any travel agent or any auto rikshaw driver tells u rtc or ISBT is closed. Its always open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly bus terminal of The National Capital. The most advanced bus terminal in northern India. Get bus to almost every state in the north west and middle India. 24 hr working. Restaurants and food shops. Clean washrooms. Elevators, escalators and what not. Although it remains crowdy for almost all part of the day but still sensational.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one Inter state bus terminal in Delhi Ncr. From outside it very neet and clean but as you go inside of it, it is not clean the washroom of this ISBT is very unhighgenic. The authority must pay visit time to time so that proper cleaniness can be maintain easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinary place . You can buses to Punjab , Himachal. Haryana from here. It is connected with Yellow line metro. Place is not very clean. All buses to himachal originate from here. It also has waiting area which is ok for 30 minutes wait but not good for more then 1 hour.
