We boarded Dehradun at 11 Am, we informed that we have train at 8Am (Delhi)..they assured we will drop you at 5 Pm ...but we get down at 9:30 Pm.Dehradun to Delhi Bus number 9847.BUS DRIVER IS DOING ROMANCE PASSENGER AND SMOKING WHILE DRIVING.....
