★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst facility. If you are hoping that you will get all the facilities which they are enlisted then you must be a fool . They are charging high and don't bother about the passenger inconvenience. One important point,"if you are lucky then you will reach to your destination without meting with accident". Good luck if you are using their bus???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unsatisfied with bus why extra tons..time waste bus arrivals time:-11:00 pm. But arrived at 11:40 and kanpur reach time:-08:00 but I'm reach out kanpur at evening 4 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go for non ac buses. I can assure you a general compartment of a fully loaded train would be far better than the non ac sleeper of shatabdi buses. They will allow passenger and will make sure that floor path is also filled with them .

They don't have manners to talk with passengers if they don't have place vacant in bus for laggage then they also warn passengers to put there laggage in those sleepers coz they want blank gallery of bus for take some passengers without tickets
