★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Never journey with them. If you are still considering then following points to be kept in mind:-
(a) Very rude behaviour of staff.
(b) They want to adjust more passengers in your booked seats.
(c) No on-time arrivals due to overloading.
2. As per advertisement, this is ISO CERTIFIED Company but not following ISO procedure. ISO may review their certification.??

This is a worst bus ever
Because I booked single sleeper but they have given me the sharing sleeper
They have done this thing one year ago also
Bus no. UP78 FT 6599 seat no U5
The bus driver and other staff talks in very bad manner if you want any solution for the mistakes
If you ask right questions then they keep quite always
I have asked what is the price of double or sharing sleeper
And what is the price of single sleeper ?
The bus captain didn't tell me a single word after asking this question
Always remember when you realise that they are dominating, immediately make video an click images to expose them.
I will again say that don't travel from this bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean buses and good services, the best feature was that every passenger gets a different cabin to sleep, i.e. there no curtains for the sleepers like other buses but there are doors instead of curtains for the sleepers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled alot in my life but haven’t seen such a pathetic bus service wo bi is covid ke time… I paid 1000 plus taxes for AC bus from kanpur to delhi bus number UP78 FN 8038 Raj kalpna .. my seat is L6… switch board tuta hu.. shutter is completely jam.. air vents or hole you can say.. jissey continues getting cold air coz wo bi tuta messy, dusty seats… no water no blanket no pillow provides… uske baad bu I wad ok… but suddenly he filled the bus like normal general bus or bande seat ke ander tak ghus rahe khai leave it… kya he batau is ghatiya bas ke barey mai… please I request jaha ho waha ek din wait kr lena but istey hell like bus sai travel mat krna
