I had booked the tickets from Gaziabad to Kanpur. The bus was scheduled at 9:45 PM and due to some reasons I got late. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic service. Charged exorbitantly for a below average bus service. Reached destination one and a half hour late than the designated time. We were multiple times asked to change buses in between the routes, just to serve their purpose of squeezing maximum people in a bus. Horrible bus condition, no leg space, seats couldn't be inclined back too. Horrible in every sense. You will be treated pathetically. Request everyone to avoid this bus service.

Birding Time of the bus is 11:00 pm and depart time is 11:15,
I'm waiting for the bus for 1 hour and still bus didn't arrive.
I tried calling the bus driver but both the numbers are switched off.
Never expected this service from Durga bus.
I recommend people not to use it.

I had booked a ticket (Delhi to Auraiya) . Pickup timing was 9:45pm. but Bus came at 10:30pm. after this, Bus had some technical issues. I feel Bus was running as a tortoise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus cancelled few hours before the departure time when rush was high and all other buses were full. It happened twice, not only this, after cancelling the bus I see they are selling bus seats online at 3x rates. They reply without any guilt “hum apka paisa refund to kar re hain” that’s all.
I suggest anyone to book ticket in this bus only if you are ready to spoil your plans at last moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic bus service ekdam Faltu. Please stay away. During my journey from Kanpur to Delhi bus broke down near mathura and there was no response from bus driver and one Mr Puneet Chaurasia was also sitting with us who I think was known to owner was threatening passengers. Pathetic service we have to take another bus and our fare was also not returned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it was a pathetic experience. the behavior of conductor or driver was not good. all the cabins were separated with glass except L3. when i was told him about necked cabin. the bus conductor and driver threaten me. they were saying don't mesh with us I'll see you in the mid way. even i was telling him about broken seat. he was going very hyper and aggressive. this is my genuine review for Durga Bus Service.
