Once, I was travelling with my mother by City Heart Travels. It was a night journey and we were in AC sleeper bus. All of a sudden, within an hour of commencing the journey, my mother started feeling pukish due to indigestion! I was so worried that she wasn't feeling well at all. I asked the driver if he can stop at any nearby medical shop so that I can get some medicines for her. Fortunately, the driver was familiar with the route and he stopped at a medical shop. To my surprise, he himself approached the chemist and got some good medicines. My mother started feeling well after some time and the journey went smoothly after that. I still remember that journey and I'm really very thankful to the bus crew for being so kind and responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I've travel in your bus from Delhi to Khatima.. really such a very Bad experience I had never been in my entire life.. outside temperature on peak time and Our Driver Sahab In Every 10 Minutes he switched off AC for 15 - 20 minutes then he restart AC for next 5-10 minutes then again he switched Off AC.. when I complaint to Driver Sahab He said : 'Apna Blower To On Karo' And Infront of me He Switched On AC .. We're mad people who closed Blower in Peak summer.. Then I Said Him : Please Take 100-200 Rupees From Me But Please Don't Switch Off AC..
