★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very very bad service ?. They given destination time 10:pm to 8:30am from Delhi to banda . But they stopped at kanpur for 2 hr just for
interchange of luggage and also changed second bus at kanpur for kanpur to banda ... that's mean first come to Delhi to kanpur wait for 2 hr and then changed second bus for kanpur to banda ..? total ghatiya service no value of time and money ...even they charged for personal luggage ? and most important thing is that it look like MAALGADI not passanger bus !!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i am traveling from jhansi to delhi by safar express.the bus conductor have very tough behaviour with there passanger,still they also speak with very loud voice .bus have not only have booking paasnger but also coductor fill the local paasnger in disorganised mannar.This is very disgusting behaviour by the conductor to the passanger.
I am a student from very raputed collage IIT MADRAS.
I hope this issue will be take seriously by the aganecy team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an hour late, uncomfortable 2+2 sleeping seats. And please check your pickup and drop location. For me it dropped me at outer ring road of prayagraj.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was nice but the travel experience was horrible. the route that was taken by the bus was through jaunpur instead of Kanpur. That's not only was a longer route but also was a very uneven 1. The speed was ok and it would have been the best travel experience on a bus but for the road. Half of the time I was tossed up like a coin. As soon as I had landed on my bed, I was shaking again and preparing myself for the second round of being tossed up. I know that this is not the responsibility of the bus operators. But the experience was painful. The bus was nicely furnished with curtains and sliding doors. A packaged bottle of water was served to us but it was very warm. However, the restroom had hardly any space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic bus service and conductor behaviour. No space to keep your luggage because of which you have to keep luggage in the passage and they say that the luggage is your responsibility and not theirs and when you wake up in the morning you'll see the things have been stolen from it and you can't even argue because they'll keep on repeating that it was your responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I was traveling Delhi to Prayagraj.
Bus conductor behavior very bad and all the his staff also. Very bad service provider. If any body want to travel by bus I suggest you you will book the ticket another bus provider company.
If you will book ticket by the Safar Express then ready for face the prblm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I am traveling from hamirpur to Delhi. I booked for a sleeper on AC bus but only the fan was running. When I asked conductor to switch on the cooling he asked me to open the window. Very bad experience. Total waste of money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad safar with safar express, journey started late arround 1 hr, they do not have space in bus to sift someone if the co passenger is drinked and creating seen in bus.
Mattress quility is very low, actually uncomfortable.
Facilities available in bus is also poor, especially do not expect cold water bottle in summer which is very important part.
I will not recommend to anyone to sufar with bad sufar.
