★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before I had depression...and was not getting proper sleep....m practicing yoga here from last 3months..m getting quality sleep...my health issues also recovering....m very happy now...I never experienced this kind of yoga form any where in Nagarbhavi....the teacher will teach different types of yoga....and she all give right guidance for health issues....and practice....Thank so much madam for new style of yoga and Techniques...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very personal and thankful review on the studio and specially on Dakshayini, the teacher .I felt at home everytime I stepped inside. I had never done yoga before but my first days as yogi were comfortable and after a year I felt a lot of improvement. I heard one day you miss a yoga class is a day you do not feel complete. It is important to say it became the highlight of my day.
Our teacher explains and demonstrates the positions very well.
The class focused on proper technique and alignment which I really enjoy.
Just love this place.
