She gives attention to every single person in the class and motivate us by describing the each posture while practicing. She is very co-operative and creates friendly atmosphere .I feel really energetic and enthusiastic while practicing with her.
She is a good motivator, professionally and personally too.
She is more likely a good friend for life.

Sowmya mam is a great yoga teacher, she gives plenty of personal focus and pays attention to all the postures and corrects us and keeps us motivated to keep trying. She understands our requirements and suggests accordingly.
