I got my Rs200 repaired here 15 Dec for self start issue...they take bike 4 days under observation return on 20dec and told me it's battery issue. Then I purchased new battery and install but again same issue happened today, my bike not start in self mode, it means they not check my bike,
I advsie not to visit the service center here totally unprofessional staff..... Can't fix simple wiring issues in 4 days and charge 1k, I don't know for what...

When I went there to enquire Dominar 400 here in Aurora green colour they didn't care and said we have in black colour. No willingness to get it available in Green so finally Purchased from Gems Bajaj, Hadapsar.
2nd instance I went there yesterday since I had some problem in gear shifting and 1 nut was dislocated from exhaust. They solved my gear shifting but refused to fix the nut and said we are closed now. It was 6:20 they said we close at 6:30 while on Google it says showroom closes at 7. It was just 2 mins work and started giving excuses upon multiple requests and said come back tomorrow for such silly work and I have to went back without solving my problem. Bajaj needs to look after such unprofessional people while we purchase such expensive bikes. I am really frustrated with such kind of service. I value my time a lot while these people just casually says that come back tomorrow. I'm lodging an official complaint with Bajaj too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently have done my bikes service here dominar 400 , I thought of doing it in a local garage but as earlier I used to vist this service center it was like a hell of experience for me. But this time it was worth visiting this showroom as it was taken over by a new owner , complete new decent and well mannered staffing also experienced. I was in shock ?? as the new staff asked me to have a sit on the waiting area, serviced my bike in the given period of time "within two hours" it was done right infront of my eyes ,,, so much transparency in service ? in the mean time they also served me a cup of tea ☕ . It's was really good experience for me and my bike aswelll... Will really recommend people to go for bike service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to get your bike serviced. Actually your bike gets "Unserviced" if you reach out to this place. They did such a bad job that they hadn't even fitted the screws of my headlight. When my headlight part is too shaky then it came to my notice. So, you can understand the professionality of the service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased bike from Kalewadi Bhosri 1st to 3rd servicing ok ok but 4th and 5th servicing doing issue is fuel indicator problem not solve its call ( chalta Hain sir company ne Aisa hi diya hain )
Vishranthwadi service center not well now i am in Ishanya Bajaj fuel indicator is gon all my issue is solved by Ishanya Bajaj thank you very much team Ishanya if you purchased new bike you want to servicing your bike go for it
