They just keep the vehicle for hours and send it back.
My vehicle was not even washed from outside forget about servicing.

Got charged with 2230 Rs for interior car cleaning , cleaning not done properly, dust and garbage still present inside,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service center. No one will call back what happens to your car in servicing. When I personally visited found no one was working on the car and then when I raised complaint to manager he said he will take care. Waited for more than an hour still car is not given back. Will post once I get my car but very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 2nd free service of my Nexon it took 5-6 hours and the waiting area was on common floor with entertainment unit switched off..no one even bother to offer any tea or coffee and i am not sure if apart from washing anything was checked or not as from backyard parking i just saw my car after 30 min directly in washing area and meanwhile no technician worked on the vehicle i assume in the backyard parking as it was a very hot sunny day and with that open fully packed parking area…i dont think anyone have checked anything as per Tata 2nd service Norms…washing was also not done properly and i have to intervene myself to point out spots and get them cleared

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst worst worst. Very worst service center. Staff is not cooperative. I towed my car for the urgent repair for the jump start as its having the minor issue. After reaching to the service center got the information that no one available to take the call. The space is also very less. I won't prefer to go again and if your car in break down then dont prefer it to select this one.

One month is over .
The executive connected with my vehicle is cooperative, humble ,I am quite satisfied with the responce.
