★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless Servise , cheap Servise , Worst centre for servicing.totally unprofessional and expert in giving false promises.I own a XUV300 Ow8since last 3 years but service is totally unsatisfactory.Kind n genuine request to all never get your vehicle serviced here.No response from any of the team members, the even no use of complaining to highers.They just take their customers for granted.Time never matters to them.Worst experience right from sales to service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the famous Mahindra and Mahindra show room and service center in Pune and Nagpur. The location is bit disappointing since you have come off the main road almost a kilometer. The inner approach road is in very poor condition as if it's deliberately left that way to test your vehicle ??. The campus is kept very clean and organised. The security staff is polite and courteous. The reception is warm and the vehicle takeover formalities was quick. I was received by Mr Rohan who is very polite and professional. He explained me every aspect of service and costing with due patience and in detailed manner which I liked very much. They have four single sofas in the lobby area apart from the waiting lounge. The lounge is kept very well and the hospitality is also very good. The staff asks you for beverages at regular intervals. They have also taken due Covid-19 precautions by ensuring vehicle sanitisation on arrival and hands free sanitiser dispenser at the gate. All the staff were sincerely wearing their masks without being prompted. The washroom is very average and can be much better but at least it was clean and well ventilated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't value ur time. They don't fulfill their commitments. We only have to keep asking about current status of work. They may tell u that u ll get ur vehicle in 4 -5 days which might actually go to 14 days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My MAHINDRA XUV500 IS PARKED IN THE WORKSHOP SINCE 12 MARCH FOR REPAIR. DELIVERY STILL NOT MADE DUE TO NONAVAILABILITY OF PARTS AND ITEMS FOR FITTING. THE COMMENCEMENT WORKS FOR REPAIR ON THE VEHICLE ITSELF TOOK A WEEK. DEMAND OF ITEMS WER PLACED ON MAHINDRA SINCE 14TH MARCH ARE STILL AWAITED.
NOT A VERY GOOD SITUATION AND CERTAINLY NOT A CUSTOME FRIENDLY APPROACH FOR AFTER SALES SERVICE AND REPAIRS EXPERIENCE FOR THE OWNERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technicians are good and ground staff is also good and helpful, only thing is too much time they for servicing vehicles, for my car's first servicing they took 6 hours so we better plan accordingly, apart from that no issues as such faced...!
