★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shyamal Cross Roads in Ahmedabad is a prime locality and Samsung has its flagship store there which deserves 5 star rating for services but limited parking facilities either for a two or four wheeler puts the limit.
Good, cordial staff who is customer friendly and knowledgeable for the products they sell....and a vast range to choose from, smartphones to smart TVs to other appliances etc. definitely satisfied a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samsung Flagship Store- Ishita Enterprises has one of the worst customer service and the most unprofessional staff members. We had purchased a brand new refrigerator from this store on 11/06/2016. The refrigerator had a manufacturing defect and it was generating ice in the bottom part (Not freezer) of the refrigerator. After 3 complaints in over 2 years (Dates: 8/2/2017, 16/10/2017, 8/10/2018) the issue is still not resolved and every item in the bottom part of the refrigerator is getting wasted. The first complaint on 8/2/2017 was filed when the refrigerator was under warranty and they replaced a circuit free of charge. The original problem returned in 8 months on 16/10/2017 and since then there is no solution!! This place has one of the worst staff and management people. If you want to have peace, Don't buy anything from this store!!
p.s: I have attached pics for invoice, all the complaints and the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high rate compare to other area Samsung shop... Almost 10k more price than Samsung online store.. I visited here to purchase new TV... They told me 69k for TV that I like the same TV price I checked on Samsung online store which show me 59k... Later I prefer to purchase TV from Samsung online store.. 10k is big amount...
