★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good but there is a seepage problem almost all the towers and inside the rooms also internal finishing is very bad and the material they used is of low quality. Electricity charges per unit are commercial plus the load in an individual inventory is too high.

1. Active crematorium near society. few residents have to close their windows to avoid smell.
2. there is a Dog shelter near society.they start making noise in unison in night.this place is not peacefull at all.
3.
High electricity charges and fixed charge because owners have to play commercial electricity rates as this society is within SEZ.
4. Poor maintenance staff.
5. High maintemance charges.
6. Seapage issues in basement and flats.
7.Society is within SEZ so owners are harrassed like anything in the name of SEZ ruled.Like owmers cars boots are checked on entrh and exit.
8. Society is run by builder and builder claims owners cant for RWA as spcoety is in SEZ. so they raise maintenance charge as they want. Its nit even 1 year but they have already raised maintenance charge which was already on higher side.

Builder is trying to increase the maintenance from last 3-4 months to 4.5. Considering the quality and size of the area and also amenities, very hard to digest.
No government electricity meters, they charge their own rates and fixed charges are around 1200-1400(without a single unit) depending on the flat size.
