★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best thing about this place is that it's peaceful, fresh air considering its location. Lots of cricket grounds available, schools nearby, physiotherapist nearby. Not a lot of places delivered initially but the situation is better now. Clean society, running track, badminton court, unmaintained swimming pool, market, mother dairy, salon, electrical and hardware stores plus basic stationary store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This residential society is Located on Gurgaon Faridabad Road, about 8 Kilometers from Sikandarpur. The society has 14 Towers , out of which 3 belong to BSF . Wide roads, lot of greenery & playing area / grounds . One can do jogging, yoga , play volleyball, football, cricket, gym.
Swimming pool in club premises is not functional.
But the towers are more than 10 years old , renovation work is likely to be started early.
Residents- owners/ tenants are very social & helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old buildings and some of them may even fall. Though large and spacious sorroundings but the flats are small. Two illegal buildings inside and limited parkings. Society officials not very cooperative, residents are not great, Nightmare if you are a tenant here. Murders inside, fight for parking, drinking in premises is what it's known for. It's basically a large group of people who couldn't afford Gurgaon are settled here.
