The team started blaming me for their horrendous work. They neither took the responsibility nor tried to compensate in any manner. They were just concerned about their money. Please

We bought two outfits and we were told that they will make a new one but i think they haven’t made since it has lot of issues with fitting and finishing. I gave two trials at store and third at home i did. Still it has issues. Very very bad experince. Would never suggest to trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. As I entered the store I was asked to comeback next day since I don’t have an appointment. I had contacted the store a week ago if they are open on new year’s and they said yes you may come, no mention about getting an appointment. In the google page as well there is no mention about getting an appointment before. Okay then I explain I have to travel so won’t be possible so I am allowed to enter the store. Again before I have started seeing a single piece they ask me when I want it and they tell we can’t do it before 45 days. Let me 1st see the collection and finalize a dress!! I felt very bad with the conduct of the store representative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased dress for my Sangeet from Islie. The staff was patient and helpful. The dress, the work and the fitting turned out to be amazing. It looked beautiful when it arrived and made all of us really really happy. Thanks a lot for making our experience so good and seamless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt designs are the best. But customer service is very bad. They said they will make a new piece for u but they don’t. They give the stock piece after alteration. And only for alteration they need at least 45 days and u r lucky if u get it by 45 days. They won’t inform u ur dress is ready because it was already ready just pending for alteration. They only show that we make a new designer piece only for u in 45 days. But actually its not like that.They just do alteration in 3 months or it may be 6 months. Their main concern is for money not costumer satisfaction. I regret to visit that store. Anyways designs are ultimate and price too.
