★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an ok ok hall , it's maybe the oldest ceremonial hall in Parlakhemundi. It's large and multi floored hall , not big enough to process all programs in a single room , public cleanliness is just not ok , requires much more than that . It has a Jaya threatre nearby . It also has an open area or space around , decorations and such arrangements are just beautiful but in average the popularity is declining right now due to rise of much better similar places .....it requires improvement dts all????
