If you go there for your computer or laptop services then ask them 1st if they can do the services in front of you . Otherwise you have to leave your laptop or desktop over there . I know you dont want that. So over all its okk.

But I would have appreciated more if they could provide me some more information on their own about other laptops with latest features (as the 2-in-1 convertible laptops) more or less around the price segment I mentioned.

One of the best things is that they provide almost the best price in the market (most of the time the price at which the product is available online). Definitely worth a check.
