★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Though it is good for quick money, but I would not recommend anyone to work here as there is no growth. And the management keeps interfering in your professional and personal life.
No Work-Life balance at all.
Cab facility is pathetic.
They expect you to plan for emergency leaves atleast 2 months prior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hiring process is very unprofessional. The hr had a very derogatory sense of attitude. I was about to be interviewed for back office executive position, and when she called me she didn't mention that this was going to be an interview. She was telling me about the salary and then I told her I will give a thought and call her back. The funny part was when I called her back and she told me I was rejected. Then I asked what for? And in a very disrespectful manner she didn't even recall the conversation we had earlier. Such people should be not working anywhere. People feel cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update : Now that both the "Managers" (who simply couldn't mind their own business) have left the company, I can say that this company is safe to work in.
Previous verson: This review is specifically about the US voice process. I wish I could give it a negative rating, that's how pathetic the process manager and the so called "quality manager" is - full of arrogance and ego of being a manager. When cross questioned, he doesn't even have a proper answer and then starts making an excuse of "I'll talk to the client and let you know" and doesn't let you know anything later. He's not concerned about helping you improve your quality, he'll instead say, "I'll log you out and make you sit outside throughout the shift".
No option to take a medical leave. The only option to take any leave is by working double shifts and covering the login hours. If that's the case, what's the use of the term "paid leaves"?
You don't feel well while at work and there's a need to go home and rest, you'll be given a break of 15 minutes, it's like a favour they do on you. That's how bad it is.
When you put down your papers, make sure that you ask for their excuses of not accepting your resignation in written. The primary excuse is "we need to update head count and send it to the client, we can't accept your resignation", so practically you don't get to decide when to resign, they do; and even if they do accept your resignation they'll start playing dirty politics.

He has kept me interview hanging since 2nd December promising that the joining would be done immediately and upon confronting him today after 13 days he directly said go find another job why waste so much time for anyoen then
Please teach the HRs working there few Human Resource skills cuz it's pethetic the way this guy Swapnil spoke
